- Gathering your project information. For example, lot size,
slopes, sketches, photos, ideas, existing house plans, etc.
- When we receive your project information, we will provide
you with a fixed quote and time schedule for your drawings.

- 3D CAD graphics including all four exterior views.
- 3D floor plan with dimensions, including furniture and
fixtures, etc.
- We will send your drawings on paper by mail or PDF files
by email.
- If you decide to proceed, you are required to make a 30%
deposit.

- Review the design face to face with client or by an internet
meeting.
- We will make any changes needed for final approval before
working drawings.

- We will prepare detailed work for final Standard and/or
Professional Drawings.
- Final drawings are completed and client makes final payment.
- Please remember, if you make any design changes during
the working drawing stage, you will be charged extra beyond
the stated price.
